Developer, owner, and operator Spectrum Retirement Communities LLC (Denver) completed The Oaks at Algonquin in Algonquin, Ill., with 166 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.
Community amenities include three restaurants, a pub, salon, media lounge, theater, health club, medical and therapy offices, and community center with a demo kitchen. Outdoor spaces include a rooftop deck and fire pit, grill area, dining patio, memory care garden, and landscaped courtyards.
The project team includes Vessel Architecture (architect; Creve Coeur, Mo.) and McShane Construction Company (construction; Rosemont, Ill.).
