Sonata Lake Mary Senior Living Opens At Florida Mixed-use Development

Sonata Senior Living (Orlando, Fla.) opened the $62 million Sonata Lake Mary in Lake Mary, Fla. The 250,000-square-foot senior living community is as part of the Lake Mary Wellness and Technology Park mixed-use development, according to the website in multihousingnews.com.

The 193-unit community features one- and two-bedroom units ranging between 387 and 1,518 square feet. Residential units include washers and dryers, walk-in showers with safety features, full-size kitchens with appliances, and private balconies.

Amenity spaces at Sonata Lake Mary include a swimming pool, wellness center, fitness center, golf simulation studio, movie theater, game and arts rooms, library and technology lab, dog park, and outdoor recreation areas.

The project team includes Chancey (architect; Tampa, Fla.) and WPC (general contractor; Ocoee, Fla.).
