National senior living operator Solvere Living (St. Petersburg, Fla.) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Rockbridge Oaks in Chattanooga, Tenn., according to the website local3news.com.
The two-story, resort-style community includes 62 assisted living and memory care units with studio and one- and two-bedroom options.
Amenities include a salon and spa, event center, theater, art studio, library, and fitness center as well as an outdoor pavilion, barbecue grill, walking trails, lawn games, and community fire pit.
The project team comprises Morgan Construction Company Inc. (general contractor; Chattanooga) and Bridgeforth Capital (developer; Denver).
