Affordable housing developer Vecino Group (Atlanta) is planning to build Solace Grove, an affordable senior living community in DeKalb County, Ga., according to the website wsbtv.com.
The $37 million community will include 125 one- and two-bedroom residential units, walking paths, and greenspace.
The project team also includes UnitedHealth Group (provider; Minnetonka, Minn.), and community partners Gresham Park Community Development Corp. (Atlanta) and First Baptist Church Gresham Road (Atlanta).
