Owner-operator Silverstone Senior Living (Dallas) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the grand opening of The Riviera Alexandria in Alexandria, Va., according to alxnow.com.
Located in the Potomac Yard neighborhood, The Riviera is across the street from its sister community, The Landing, which opened in 2022.
The new luxury senior living community comprises 129 units in a 7-story building. Amenities include multiple dining venues, a spa, rooftop terrace, fitness center, and theater.
The project was designed by Faulkner Design Group Inc. (Dallas) to achieve LEED Silver certification.
