Silverstone Senior Living Breaks Ground On $100M Project

The 216,000-square-foot community will include 163 units for independent and assisted living, as well as memory care.

Dallas-based Silverstone Senior Living has broken ground on a new senior living community in Alexandria, Va., according to an article in WTOP News.

The $100 million, 216,000-square-foot community will include 163 units for both independent and assisted living. It will also have memory care services.

Amenities will include a spa and salon, wellness and fitness center, several restaurants, activity spaces, resident lounges, and a CVS Pharmacy on the ground floor.

Sited on 1.4 acres, the project is expected to be completed in 2022.
