Senior living management company SilverPoint Senior Living (New Braunfels, Texas) and investor and developer Journey Capital (Dallas) have broken ground on a boutique-style independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Saginaw, Texas.
Situated on 6.12 acres, Edition Senior Living will offer 22 independent living units with one- and two-bedroom options; 54 assisted living units with studio- and one-bedroom options; and 19 memory care units with semi-private- and private-room options.
Resort-quality amenities and concierge-style services are planned.
