AmeriCare Health & Retirement Inc. (Solana Beach, Calif.) is planning renovations at Silvergate San Marcos, a boutique-style senior living community in San Marcos, Calif., according to an article in The Coast News.
The project comprises interior design renovations of the community’s memory care building, including new flooring, furniture, lighting, artwork, wall coverings, window treatments, resurfaced fireplaces with new decorative wall tiles, and enhanced directional signage. Upgrades to the activity room and beauty salon and the addition of a new private dining room are also planned.
The project is expected to be completed in January 2022.
