Silvergate Fallbrook, an assisted living, independent living, and memory care community in Fallbrook, Calif., has completed renovations to its outdoor courtyard and activity rooms.
The outdoor courtyard project included creating a new year-round dining patio, living room with fire pit, walking paths, bar and beverage station, live entertainment stage, gaming areas, and lush landscaping with water features.
In addition to the courtyard expansion, the community modernized its card room, multipurpose theater, craft and activity room, café, and hair salon.
The community plans to renovate its resident units this winter to include larger one- and two-bedroom options.
