Owner Shiloh Baptist Church (Tacoma, Wash.) and developer Beacon Development Group (Seattle) are planning a new affordable senior living community in Tacoma, according to the Tacoma News Tribune.

Shiloh New Life Apartments will include a 4-story, 63-unit community with a business center and clubhouse.

The project team will also comprise architecture firm Schemata Workshop (Seattle) and general contractor Marpac Construction (Seattle), according to Beacon Development Group’s project page.
