Senior Lifestyle Corp. (Chicago) has begun a renovation project at Atrium Village, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Owings Mills, Md.
The community’s exterior, interior corridors, lobby, and resident units will be renovated, as well as the common areas, restaurant-style dining venues, lounge, and family center. A new bistro is also planned.
The project team includes PFB Architects (architect and interior design; Cincinnati), Bala Consulting Engineers (engineer; Baltimore), Allied Partners (project manager; New York). It is slated for completion in summer 2021.
