Moravian Manor Communities (Lititz, Pa.) and community housing development organization Community Basics Inc. (Lancaster, Pa.) are opening Saxony Ridge Apartments, a 62+ affordable senior living community, according to the website pennlive.com.
The community will be built on Moravian Manor’s Warwick Woodlands campus in Lititz and comprise 62 units, including 44 one-bedroom units and 18 two-bedroom options.
Residents will have access to a community room with kitchen, library, fitness room, family game room, and bocce ball court, as well as 78 off-street parking spaces.
