Developer Dominium (Plymouth, Minn.) opened Sandpiper Glen, an affordable senior living community in Orlando, Fla., according to a news release from the Orange County (Fla.) Government.
The 62+ senior living community houses 288 total units—151 one-bedroom units, 105 two-bedroom units, and 32 three-bedroom units. Amenities include a dog park, outdoor pool, fitness center, salon, and bocce ball courts.
According to a news release from Dominium announcing the project in March 2022, the project team includes Dominium Construction & Architectural Services (Plymouth, Minn.), architect Bessolo Design Group (St. Petersburg, Fla.), and general contractor Weis Builders (Minneapolis, Minn.).
