Salmon Health Plans Two Communities For Massachusetts

Senior living operator Salmon Health (Westborough, Mass.) is planning two new senior living communities in Medway, Mass., according to an article in Milford Daily News.

The 57-acre Medway campus will be the site for the Willows Premier Retirement Community for Active Adults, an independent living community, and the Whitney Place Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The Willows will offer 15 attached rental cottages with interior parking and 56 apartment homes in a common building. Whitney Place will house 60 assisted living units and 40 memory care assisted living units.

Amenities for both facilities will include a bank, spa, salon/barber shop, fitness center, indoor pool, general store, library, billiards lounge, workshop, creative arts studio, greenhouse, pavilion clubhouse, and a great room with a stage and bar.

The projects are expected to open in May 2021.
