The City of Lodi and the Housing Authority of San Joaquin County are partnering with developer Delta Development Communities (Stockton, Calif.) to build Salas Park Senior Housing, an affordable senior living community in Lodi, Calif.
The 55+ community will consist of two three-story buildings and house 110 units for 167 residents, according to lodinews.com.
