Life Care Services (Des Moines, Iowa) has completed the Phase 2 expansion and renovation of Sagewood Senior Living in Phoenix.
The 276,454-square-foot project includes a four-story, independent living community with 101 units, including one- and two-bedroom options with den layouts and scenic patio views. The project also includes new amenities such as activity and game rooms, an art studio, putting course, café, underground parking, formal dining, indoor-outdoor tapas bar, and lounge.
The project team comprises Spellman Brady & Company (interior design; St. Louis), Todd & Associates (architect; Phoenix), and The Weitz Company (general contractor; Phoenix).
