Sagewood Community Makes Strides On $100M Expansion In Arizona

The expansion includes new independent living units, dining, a chapel, and card rooms and is expected to be completed in 2021.

Sagewood, a continuing care retirement community managed by Life Care Services (Phoenix), is progressing on a $100 million expansion project that will includes one- and two-bedroom independent living units, an 18-hole putting course, new dining options, a chapel, card rooms, and administrative offices.

The project team includes Todd & Associates (architect and design; Phoenix) and The Weitz Company (general contractor; Phoenix). It is slated for completion in early 2021.
