RiverSpring Living Breaks Ground On River’s Edge CCRC In Riverdale, New York

The luxury 62+ community will be developed on a 32-acre campus and house 260 units.

Nonprofit senior services organization RiverSpring Living (Riverdale, N.Y.) has started construction on River’s Edge, a new continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Riverdale, N.Y., according to a news release.

The project will develop 260 residential units on a 32-acre campus. Amenities will include a Pilates studio, pickleball and tennis courts, indoor saltwater pool and sauna, fitness center, and on-site wellness services provided by NewYork-Presbyterian (New York) doctors.

The community is expected to open in late 2028.
