RiverSpring Health (Riverdale N.Y.) is planning a continuing care retirement community in the Bronx, N.Y.
The 270-unit River’s Edge will offer one- and two-bedroom options.
Amenities will include multiple dining venues, a fresh juice bar and deli, fitness center, aerobics and yoga studio, heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub, theater, library and business center, game rooms, art studio, day spa, and salon. A half-mile trail and sculpture garden with original works of art are among the outdoor offerings.
