Revel Communities (Scottsdale, Ariz.), a division of The Wolff Company (Scottsdale), is opening Revel Scottsdale and Revel Legacy, two new independent living communities, in Scottsdale this summer, according to the website azbigmedia.com.
The 174,746-square-foot Revel Scottsdale includes 159 units, and the 170,605-square-foot Revel Legacy includes 171 units.
Each community includes a restaurant, bar and lobby lounge, full-service salon, wellness and fitness center, game rooms, library, art studio, pool, and outdoor living spaces.
Private Label International (Phoenix) served as the design firm on both projects.
