Blake Management Group (Jackson, Miss.), developer LifeCare Properties (Biloxi, Miss.), and investment group ERG Enterprises (New Orleans) are planning The Blake at Lubbock, a resort-style senior living community in Lubbock, Texas.
Situated within Graco Development’s Commons South development, the 100,000-square-foot community will include assisted living and memory care units, with options including one- and two-bedroom suites and studios for assisted living residents and studio and one-bedroom suites in the memory care community.
Residents will have access to a salon, activity rooms, movie room, card-playing room, physical therapy clinic, and gathering rooms.
It’s scheduled to open in 2023.
