Property owner Reuten Associates (Closer, N.J.) and developer Metropolis Property Group (Manchester, N.H.) are building a 195-unit luxury senior living community in Closter, according to an article in insidernj.com.
The Residences at Reuten Park will include a mix of independent living, assisted living, and memory care with a variety of amenities, including a dining courtyard with a fountain, pool area with a fire pit, yoga and activities lawns, and two gazebos.
The campus design will feature freestanding LED lanterns to provide dark sky-compliant lighting to reduce light pollution.
