Luxury home developer Toll Brothers (Fort Washington, Pa.) is adding 100 units at Regency at Santa Rita Ranch, an independent living community in Liberty Hill, Texas, according to a news release.
The 55+ community offers luxury, independent living homes ranging from 1,599 to 3,568 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two to four bathrooms, as well as two- to three-car garages.
Resident amenities include a resort-style pool, nine pickleball courts, bocce courts, a game lounge, a fitness center, and walking trails.
