Providence Living Pembroke Pines Breaks Ground In Florida

The assisted living and memory care community will include a fitness center with a physical therapy room.

Providence One Development (Lake Mary, Fla.) broke ground on Providence Living Pembroke Pines in Pembroke Pines, Fla.

Situated on 3.15 acres, the 114,003-square-foot assisted living and memory community will comprise 117 units. Design features of the units include upgraded lighting and plumbing fixtures, wood vinyl plank flooring, and ADA-compliant zero-entry showers.

Residents will have access to restaurant-style dining, a full-service salon, fitness center with a physical therapy room and private massage room, multiple living rooms, theater, and craft rooms.

The project team includes Forum Architecture (architect; Altamonte Springs, Fla.) and ANF Real Estate Group (contractor; Davie, Fla.).

The community is expected to open in fourth quarter 2023.
