Providence Senior Living (Alpharetta, Ga.) completed Providence Living at Pembroke Pines, a new assisted living facility and memory care community, in Pembroke Pines, Fla.

 Situated on 3.15 acres, the 114,003-square-foot community includes 121 residential units. Each unit features wood vinyl plank flooring, ADA-compliant zero-entry showers, and a wireless emergency call system.

Resident amenities include a salon, fitness center with a physical therapy and private massage services, multiple living rooms equipped with smart televisions, theatre, and craft rooms.

Forum Architecture (Altamonte Springs, Fla.) provided design services and ANF Group Inc. (Davie, Fla.) was the general contractor on the project. It was developed by Providence One Development (Philadelphia) and ANF Real Estate Group (Davie).
