Faith-based nonprofit Presbyterian Homes and Services (St. Paul, Minn.) has purchased Wellington, a 105-unit senior living community in St. Paul, according to the website news.yahoo.com
The organization plans to reposition the community from an assisted living and independent living community to an independent living community. The transition to independent senior living is expected to take 60 days.
Additionally, up to 20 units will be designated for the organization’s employees, providing affordable workforce housing onsite.
