Senior living management company Premier Senior Living (Mt. Pleasant, S.C.) is planning a new assisted living and memory care community in O’Fallon, Ill.
Part of a 26-acre mixed-use development, the Revela of O’Fallon will feature 60 assisted living units and 32 memory care units.
The project team includes St Louis Design Alliance (designer; St. Louis) and Poettker Construction (general contractor; Breese, Ill.).
The 89,000-square-foot project is slated to break ground in mid-February and open in April 2022.
