Premier Health (Dayton, Ohio) and Otterbein SeniorLife (Lebanon, Ohio) are planning a new multispecialty healthcare site at Union Village, a $1.5 billion mixed-use community in Lebanon, Ohio.
The Premier Health Center at Union Village will occupy the Dilgard Building, previously home to the Otterbein SeniorLife home offices.
The facility will help connect residents to multiple Premier Health services including primary care, orthopedic, cardiology, imaging, lab, urgent care, occupational health services.
The project is scheduled to open in summer 2021.
