Operator Civitas Senior Living (Fort Worth, Texas), commercial real estate finance provider Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate (Greenwich, Conn.), and developer StoneCreek Real Estate Partners (Carrollton, Texas) are partnering on a 108-bed community in Houston.
The project is slated for completion in June 2022 and will include 74 assisted living units, 22 memory care units, and 12 independent living cottages.
Ridgemont Commercial Construction (Irving, Texas) is the general contractor on the project.
