Plans For Promenade Park Include 150 Units Of Senior Living In Upper Saucon Township, Pennsylvania

Co-developers Arcadia Land Company (Philadelphia) and Realen Properties (Berwyn, Pa.) are planning to develop a 130-acre mixed-use, intergenerational community called Promenade Park in Upper Saucon Township, Pa., according to sauconsource.com.

The development plans call for 150 units of senior living, as well as 200 townhomes, 850 apartments, and a hotel. Proposed amenities include a farmer’s market, dog park, waterfront park with an amphitheater, fishing pier, and nature trails.

According to a website for the project, the project team includes LRK (Memphis, Tenn.) as the planner and architect.

Construction is expected to occur in phases and take three to five years to complete.
