Developer Franklin Group of Virginia Beach (Virginia Beach, Va.) has received approval from the Prince William Board of County Supervisors (Lake Ridge, Va.) to build affordable senior apartments in Manassas, Va., according to the Prince William Times.
The project will consist of up to 192 units for residents for residents age 55 and older, with amenities including a fitness trail, garden, grilling stations, and gazebo with benches.
Previous plans for the site included a shopping center and assisted living senior community, but those plans were rejected.
