El Camino Real Assisted Living Project In Carmel Valley, California, Receives Planning Commission Approval

The 3-story, 105,568-square-foot community will house 87 assisted living units and 18 memory care units, a memory care garden, courtyard, spa, and pool.

The City of San Diego Planning Commission (San Diego, Calif.) approved plans for El Camino Real Assisted Living, a senior living community in Carmel Valley, Calif., according to The San Diego Union-Tribune.

The 3-story, 105,568-square-foot community will house 87 assisted living units and 18 memory care units, a memory care garden, courtyard, spa, and pool.

On a nearly 4-acre site owned by St. Sarkis Armenian Church (San Diego), the community plans call for almost 30,000 square feet of landscaping as a buffer to neighboring residential homes and 1.12 acres of open space dedicated to the city’s Multiple Habitat Preservation Area.
