Investment, development, and investment firm Journey Capital (Dallas) and SilverPoint Senior Living (New Braunfels, Texas) have opened Edition of Saginaw in Saginaw, Texas.
The completed first phase of the project includes 22 independent living units, including one- and two-bedroom cottages with a garage and spacious floor plans. Amenities include a dog park, walking trails, and club house.
Phase 2 of the project will add a 57,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community and is expected to open in fall 2023. The addition will feature 74 residential units, a fitness gym, activity room, salon, covered porch, landscaped outdoor areas, coffee shop, and theater.
