PathStone Plans Senior Living Community In New York

The 157,000-square-foot community will offer 157 units and is expected to be completed in November 2021.

PathStone (Rochester, N.Y.), a private, not-for-profit community development and human service organization, is planning a 157 unit senior living community in Irondequoit, N.Y., according to an article in 13Wham.

The $44 million, 157,000-square-foot community will be housed in a former Sears department store and include an adjacent four-story building addition.

The project is expected to be completed in November 2021.
