Parker Health Group Plans New 12-Story Senior Living Community in New Brunswick, New Jersey

Parker Health Group (Piscataway, N.J.) is seeking approval from the New Brunswick City Planning Board to build a new 12-story senior living community in New Brunswick, N.J., according to tapinto.net.

The project will raze and replace the existing skilled nursing facility at Parker at Landing Lane with a new building that will include independent living and assisted living. Parker has offered long-term senior care at the 2.3-acre site since 1907.
