Park Senior Villas – Chandler (Chandler, Ariz.) is set to begin construction before the end of the year on an expansion of its campus, according to a news release.
The project will add more than 21,000 square feet to the campus across three new buildings, each with 10 residential units and each specializing in a different level of care—assisted living, supportive memory care, and dementia care. Amenities will include shared living rooms, dining areas, and studies, as well as a game room and sensory room.
Residents will also have access to a theater, activity room, bistro, spa, salon, and fitness room on the campus.
