Paradise Pointe of Ormond Beach, a 75,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Ormond Beach, Fla., has opened.
The three-story community has 87 residential units, a full-service restaurant with outdoor seating, fitness center, billiards room, movie theater, spa, walking paths, pond, courtyards, and playground for visiting grandchildren.
The project team includes BPF Design Incorporated (architect; Daytona Beach, Fla.) and Robins & Morton (general contractor; Birmingham, Ala.).
