Palladium Cockrell Hill Senior Living Begins Construction In Dallas

The 62+ community will house 120 one- and two-bedroom units in a 4-story building.

Developer Palladium USA (Dallas) has started construction on Palladium Cockrell Hill Senior Living in Dallas, according to a news release.

The $34 million 62+ community comprises a 4-story building on a 5-acre site, housing 120 one- and two-bedroom units.

Amenities will include a resident clubhouse, fitness center, business center, conference room, movie theater, multipurpose room. The community will also have a pool, dog park, and pickleball court.

The project team includes Cross Architects (designer; Allen, Texas), Pavilion Construction (general contractor; Carrollton, Texas), and Operation Community Care Living (OCC Living; Dallas), which will lead the community’s resident enrichment programming.
