Oppidan Plans 195-Unit CCRC In Maple Grove, Minnesota

The new campus will be built on a 10-acre site and is projected to open in 2028.

Developer and investment firm Oppidan (Excelsior, Minn.) is planning a 195-unit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Maple Grove, Minn., according to finance-commerce.com.

The community will be built on a 10-acre site and comprise 74 independent living units, 73 assisted living units, a 36-unit memory care neighborhood, and six duplexes for active adults.

Great Lakes Management (Plymouth, Minn.) will manage the community, which is expected to open in 2028.

The project has received initial approval from the Maple Grove City Planning Commission and Maple Grove City Council, according to ccxmedia.org.
