Bonaventure Senior Living (Salem, Ore.) has started construction on Bonaventure at Corvallis, a new senior living community in Corvallis, Ore., according to a news release.
The 4-story, 163,000-square-foot building will house 62 independent living units, 62 assisted living units, and a 27-unit memory care neighborhood. Studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans will be offered.
Amenities will include restaurant-style dining, a golf simulator, fitness center, theater, salon and barber shop, and activity and game rooms.
The community is expected to open in late 2027.
