Omni Smart Living (Solon, Ohio), a company specializing in senior residential communities, plans to develop an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Amherst, Ohio, according to the website buffalonews.com.
The company is purchasing 22.8 acres of land from Arista Development (Norwood, Mass.), 16.6 acres of which would be used for the senior living community.
The project is expected to be completed in two phases, beginning in April 2023 and completed by December 2025.
