Nonprofit owner and operator Odd Fellows Home of California is planning to expand Saratoga Retirement Community in Saratoga, Calif., according to a news release.
The continuing care retirement community (CCRC) currently houses 141 independent living units, 85 assisted living units, a 94-bed skilled nursing facility, and a 15-bed memory care neighborhood.
The expansion will add 52 residential units across three new buildings and a single-story cottage. Planned amenities include a 3,300-square-foot auditorium with 16 garage parking spaces below, a 1,000-square-foot exercise room, and dining room improvements.
