Oaks Senior Living LLC (Alpharetta, Ga.) and Lotus Park Senior Living (West Haven, Utah) are partnering on Oaks at Aiken Assisted Living & Memory Care in Aiken, S.C., according to the website digitaljournal.com.
Situated on 5 acres, the two-story community will have 75 residential units and feature a craftsman-style aesthetic.
Residents will have access to a media room, chapel, beauty salon/barber shop, and therapy and healthcare services.
The Oaks at Aiken community is scheduled for completion in July 2023.
