Newbridge Properties (Stamford, Conn.) is building a new assisted living and memory care community in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
The 75,000-square-foot Newbridge Retirement Community will include 82 units, including 46 assisted living units, 12 second-person accommodations for couples, and 36 memory care units.
Amenities in the assisted living community will feature a library, café bistro, salon and spa, pub, fitness room, art and gardening areas, outdoor courtyards and walking trails, and therapy room.
The memory care neighborhood will feature two households with private dining, a kitchen, nursing station, and common living spaces.
The project team comprises Vessel Architecture (architect; Creve Coeur, Mo.) and Impact Strategies (construction manager; St. Louis).
Construction is scheduled to be complete by the end of 2022.
