New Urban League Senior Living Center Opens In Dellwood, Missouri

The $10 million project, designed by KAI Enterprises, houses 44 units, a community room, and resident lounge.

The Urban League Senior Living Center opened in Dellwood, Mo., according to a news release.

The three-story community consists of 40 one-bedroom units, four two-bedroom units, a community room, and resident lounge.

Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis worked with St. Louis Economic Partnership to develop the community, which is managed by McCormack Baron Management (St. Louis), according to a news release.

KAI Enterprises (St. Louis) was the designer and builder on the $10 million project.
