New Perspective Senior Living (Minnetonka, Minn.) is opening a 288-unit independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Franklin, Wisc., according to an article in Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Amenities will include a fitness center, indoor pool, dining room, café, pub, salon/spa, movie theater, and dance hall.
