Operator New Perspective (Minnetonka, Minn.) opened New Perspective Arden Hills, a memory care, assisted living, and independent living community in Arden Hills, Minn.
The 192,000-square-foot community has 146 residential units. Amenity spaces include a dance hall, salon and spa, heated swimming pool, dining venues, and physical therapy and wellness services.
The community is partnering with Bethel University (St. Paul, Minn.) to offer residents intergenerational experiences.
New Perspective Arden Hills marks the operator’s 10th location in the state.
