Developer and operator New Perspective (Minnetonka, Minn.), through a joint venture with Boldt Capital (San Francisco), has acquired Arboria of Long Grove in Long Grove, Ill.
The senior living community includes 60 assisted living units and 40 memory care units and will be rebranded New Perspective Long Grove.
The community’s amenities spaces include a bistro, dining room, theater/chapel, library, beauty salon/spa, large patio, and four-season room. The memory care community is divided into neighborhoods, and each includes its own indoor and outdoor amenities.
