A new assisted living senior community, Gigi’s Place, has started construction in Miamisburg, Ohio, according to wdtn.com.
The 9,000-square-foot project will house 16 units in a residential setting and is expected to open in the second quarter of 2026.
Amenities will include a salon and on-site laundry.
