HarborChase of Shaker Heights, a new assisted living and memory care community, is being planned in Shaker Heights, Ohio, according to an article in Cleveland.com.
The three-story community will be situated on 3 acres and feature an 80-unit assisted living wing and an attached one-story, 28-unit memory care wing for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients.
Harbor Retirement Associates (Vero Beach, Fla.) will manage operations, while co-developer Confluent Development (Denver) will own the building.
